Sunrise Property Maintenance was built on a foundation of leadership, hard work, and a commitment to doing things the right way. With a passion for coaching and leading teams, that same mindset carries over into every job, show up prepared, communicate clearly, and take pride in the results.

After more than 20 years of experience in management roles at Home Depot, Lowe’s, and in the landscaping industry, the decision was made to start something local. Recognizing a growing need for reliable, general property maintenance in Ludington, Sunrise Property Maintenance officially launched in late October of 2025.

From day one, the focus has been on putting in the work. The fall season was spent helping homeowners with leaf cleanup and winter preparation, followed by a busy winter handling plowing and salting for clients, including Consumers Energy, Goodwill, and other local properties. That early momentum helped establish a strong foundation built on reliability and consistency.

As we move into our first full spring and summer season, our focus is on continuing to grow and building lasting relationships with homeowners and businesses throughout the Ludington area. Whether it’s routine maintenance or a one-time project, the goal remains the same; deliver dependable service and results you can count on.
